When mom saw the course, she had to laugh because it was the same course Chaney had big bobbles on 2 weeks earlier when the judge said after she got done "it wasn't supposed to be THAT hard!" :) So, mom knew she had her work cut out for her this time. She knew Chaney would want to run into the off course tunnel, but after mom screamed "no!", Chaney put the brakes on and stopped just in time and finished the course with no errors!
Here is Chaney's NATCH run--
Chaney and mom had to wait a long time on Saturday to run this run. They finally got to run it about 9 hours after they got to the trial that morning, so it was a tedious wait for them! After the run, that night in the hotel, they had a "NATCH Chaney party" with some of her friends who had attended the trial and celebrated with a little bit of "bubbly" and good times. Chaney and I were mostly just tired and crashed in bed early.
Now, all she needs is 1 Elite Weavers Q for her Versatility NATCH. If she runs her weaves well in December at her trial, she hopefully will get it there! Keep your fingers crossed!
Here are some of her NATCH photos.
This was taken about a half an hour after Chaney's run, with the judge, Chaney's NATCH ribbon, and her NATCH bar! Chaney doesn't "smile" too often in her photos, so mom was happy she did. Chaney seems pretty proud in this photo!

Here is a photo of Mom and Chaney near the end of the trial on day 2 with all of the ribbons Chaney won that weekend.

Chaney looking proud with her ribbon and bar stash!

Here are some videos of a couple of Chaney's other runs from the trial. This run earned Chaney her title of Superior Elite Touch N Go-
Mom did some rear crosses in this Elite Regular run that are not usual for them, (mom calls them "soft rear crosses"). The run was clean, but a tad "bobbly" by the rear crosses. It is her 26th Elite Regular Q.
This is an Elite Weavers Q run, #12 for Chaney. Mom thinks she caused Chaney to miss the entrance on the 2nd set, but she was still clean and made the usually tight weavers times, so they got the Qualifying run. Now, they just need one more in December for her Verstaility NATCH!
Here I check out the bottle of bubbly that the "2 leggeds" got to drink.

Thanks to our friends who were there and celebrated with the NATCH Chaney Camp!-- Tracey Kroll, Karen Booker, Dave Castle and Sonja Erickson, Marsha Orrick, Marion Becchio, John and Ida Gooldsby, Brenda Plumbtree, Mary Karner, Mary Jo Fisher, Fran Wedding, Diane Dykman, and Jeff and Nancy Wilson!
We were even surprised when mom won a doggy bed and tug toy in the great raffle drawings that they held. Here, Chaney is during her much earned R&R time!

Mom is looking forward to her next trial when she will get to see her closest agility friends, and her other group of close friends and they can continue the NATCH celebration together (and hopefully add another NATCH-- this time the V-NATCH) to the celebration party!
Skye-guy Fieri ("honorary NATCH dog"-- since I support Chaney at all her trials!)

Good gal Chaney! The alphabets infront of your name look mightily pawsome! ;)
Thanks, Triastan and Braun! My mom and I are really excited I finally got my NATCH Championship title! I just need to run my last Elite Weavers run clean and we can get my 2nd Championship-- our Versatility NATCH. Wish us luck!
